EMW knows our company very well; they know our setup inside out and our extremely aggressive expectations from a timeline point of view. EMW efficient project management approach enabled the Call Center Project to be implemented on before time, and on budget. This surprised the customers at the fast pace in which it was moving towards customer satisfaction. On the conversion to Silverlake Core Banking System, EMW worked alongside the project delivering the integration with tremendous flexibility in line with the Silverlake changing deadlines. Financial guarantees were not a concern to EMW, many times getting a contract signed after the job was done. Besides their technical efficiency, we find EMW an easy company to partner with.
