hat is EMW’s unique value proposition?
EMW’s unique value proposition revolves, as always, around customer service. We thrive when we serve our customers in the most professional and costeffective manner which allows What kind of opportunities do you see in the regional market? Over the past three years, we have spent considerable time, effort and energy in the region trying to work with some of the high profile, strategic organisations as well as any organisation that is ready for enterprise mobility. Some of the areas and some of the countries them to spend more time on their end-users. Our focus remains on enhancing our customer’s experience throughout the entire engagement life cycle. This is the reason why our organisational structure does not retain business development function. We thrive when our customers create our business development. Transparency and our exceptional track record over the years has built up trust and has placed EMW as a trusted adviser. Because of this, customers keep coming back for a good reason. EMW is unlike other technology solution providers – we spend the bulk of our sales cycle understanding the business needs and making sure the business unit within the organisation influences the technology, not the other way around. We’ve grown organically in this market over the last ten years, during which we’ve won seven consecutive industry awards.

hat are the new technology trends that you are looking to capitalise on?
There are three major technology shifts taking place today: Data Centres, Virtualsation/Cloud and Mobility. EMW, as a solution provider, is well positioned in all three.

Do you work closely with vendors to address the increasing complexity of applications?
As Tier I partners we work very closely with vendors, in that we have direct access to their R&D, product house and development be a market for organisations that only want a device wipe and a passcode, with the evolving enterprise mobility management portfolio. However, organisations will soon have to start thinking about the longer term rather than the short term tactical decisions in their evaluations of MDM/EMM products.

Do you work closely with vendors to address the increasing complexity of applications?
As Tier I partners we work very closely with vendors, in that we have direct access to their R&D, product house and development capabilities. Complex solutions described earlier cannot be from one source, they can be, however, from one solution provider. That is where EMW comes in – we already have the expertise and the know-how to serve our clients. We enable enterprises to have any and all the required infrastructure tools to serve their customers proactively and efficiently. Instead of customers requesting information, information is proactively provided to customers through a variety of channels. We have devised an application methodology that solved each and every challenge whereby we can pinpoint with absolute accuracy the usage and effectiveness of every application. This holds true not only at the user level but also at the device level.
