Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting all deadlines
  • Preparation of quotes and proposals
  • Providing assistance to Marketing & Sales Manager on tender and quotations compliance and submittals
  • Customer Registrations and keeping track of renewals
  • Keeping track of staff vendor registrations and technical certifications
  • Organize and maintain files and records related to sales and marketing department
  • Maintaining business/customer contact database, corporate files and vendor business plans
  • Provide general administrative support including but not limited to; managing phone, prepare official correspondence, meetings, communications, events and reports
  • Provide assistance in marketing events and conferences
  • Coordinate, create, edit and distribute both internal and external correspondence under the directions of Marketing & Sales Manager
  • Update office database, marketing manuals, files and records to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Salesforce experience is a MUST
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Ms Offices and computer skills
  • Effective editing, proofreading and communication skills
  • Energetic, multitasking, flexible and customer focused with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills to coordinate, prioritize and manage tasks**This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager.**
