Integrates Showtime's Network Dubai, UAE — Leading premium TV
network Showtime, in a push to shore up its position in the cutthroat Middle
East satellite television market, decided to upgrade its Dubai and Cairo contact
centers late in 2005, featuring a converged IP-based system to offer its
customers and staff the latest technology.
Showtime awarded the $1.2
million project to Avaya, with EMW as integration partner. Working closely with
Showtime, EMW pulled off another successful implementation, ahead of
schedule.
