Description:

The Sales Manager will manage and develop the designated account and to perform Sales support of multi-vendor voice, data and convergence products.  This individual will have a good knowledge in the products and systems that EMW supports throughout UAE, including major vendor product lines.


The Key Responsibilities of the Role are:

  • Sell & deliver solutions through technical interaction with existing and new clients
  • Work with cross-divisional subject matter experts
  • Highly accountable for the effectiveness, quality project. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management
  • Expert knowledge of telecommunications, and VOIP hardware and software, network infrastructure and design, topologies, and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills proven through experience
  • Must be able to work effectively with engineering and development staff. A single contributor to projects, and fulfilling task across all levels
  • Must be able to conduct Sales customer presentations with draft business/Technical benefits  and to explain the ROI factor with good product Technology and solution knowledge 
  • Experience architecting, integrating, designing, and deploying telecommunications products with emphasis on IP solutions. Detailed knowledge on Brocade/Cisco/Juniper/Microsoft and/or equivalent products is required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science
  • 10+ years in a customer-facing sales role
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and represent EMW with utmost professionalism
  • This position requires product line planning experience and a breadth of knowledge around IP Telephony, Data Infrastructure, SIP, Wireless and Converged communication servers, gateways, call center or messaging applications.
  • Sales/Presales experience with GCC government institutes
  • Superior communications, presentation, and customer interface skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
