Mr. Serjios EL-Hage
has over 21 years of professional experience in the areas of information and
telecommunications technology. He started EMW ME operations in December 2003
with Ashraf Kamel and Rifaat Al Karmi. Mr. EL-Hage has excellent record of
success in leadership, sales and marketing, operations, coverage models, routes
to market, compensation design, business governance, process creation,
development and clinical execution. Under his leadership the company's CAGR is
over 100% with organic and sustainable growth.
Mr. EL-Hage started his professional career in 1989 after completing his BS
degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from George Mason University,
then a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia
Polytechnic Institute while working full time. He worked in six countries
spanning three continents from 1989 to Present and has been associated with very
high profile and well respected US companies in his field of expertise. His
career started as a telecommunication engineer for PRC Inc., followed by a
short stint at NMI Inc., then the MITRE Corporation, Virginia USA. His overseas
assignments started at the United Nation's ICC in Geneva Switzerland then with
Broderic, Dunn & McDonald - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Mr. EL-Hage then relocated to Stuttgart Germany with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) then
joined SAIC establishing a new team responsible for the next generation ATM
Network System throughout the European Theatre and was voted contractor of the quarter and the year in the first 12 months of commencing work. In 2000, he moved to Avaya
Dubai, UAE as the Regional Sales Director to accelerate and ensure growth in
the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey and was awarded Avaya's achievers club
for exceeding his sales target.
With his remarkable management skills and sales focus EMW ME became a house
hold name recognized throughout the industry landing it the most prestigious
Middle East awards Enterprise Systems Integrator of the Year 2009 and Best Networking Integrator in the Middle East - 2008.
