Responsibilities:
• Attend bidder meetings, conference & pre-bidding process
• Site Visits
• Deadline to submit bidder clarification requirements
• Deadline to submit bidding documents
• Opening of bids
• Issue bid clarification, qualification to bidders
• Deadline to submit answers to questions negotiations complete
• Select announce bidder
• Design & build status date (Contract Execution)
• Build completion date of remedial IT infrastructure
• Remedial IT infrastructure fully integrated & going live
• Completion & handover
Qualifications:
• PMP Certified
• ERP Implementation Experience
• Bilingual
**This position reports to the Program Manager**
